Simulator games are an excellent way to experience real-world occupations without actually committing to a particular career. A popular example of the genre is Microsoft Flight Simulator, which lets players step into a realistic plane cockpit and immerse themselves amongst the clouds. Thanks to satellite technology the simulation lets players fly all around the world, and learn realistic flight mechanics, even without a pilot’s license. Other simulator games like Surgeon Simulator have similar goals, though they may use complicated or clumsy mechanics to make gameplay funnier or more engaging. Adding Halo’s Pelican to Microsoft Flight Simulatorfor example, turns the immersive experience into a more otherworldly sci-fi adventure.

The T-Rex Paddocks, Cretaceous Canyon, Raptor Enclosure and Herbivore Valley give players prehistoric environments to enjoy as they mow the grass and weed whack. Lawn Mowing Simualtor’s Dino Safari DLC first launched on PC and Xbox consoles in March.
The setting of Lawn Mowing Simulator’s Dino Safari DLC is quite familiar, and plenty of official Jurassic Park games have been released over the years too. The long-running franchise sees ancient dinosaurs brought into the modern world through genetic experimentation and cloning technology. The series’ exciting premise lends itself well to survival horror and shooter games, like Jurassic World Aftermath and Jurassic Park Arcade, However, titles like the Jurassic World Evolution series put a unique spin on the series by letting players design and manage their own dinosaur theme park. Now Lawn Mowing Simulator lets gamers mow the grass at a prehistoric conservation center.
Lawn Mowing Simulator is an unusual and highly amusing title, and the Dino Safari DLC adds a bit of prehistoric terror to the experience. The expansion’s four new maps are truly unique, and PlayStation gamers can now experience them for themselves. While these ancient creatures seem harmless, Jurassic Park fans know to never let their guard down around a dinosaur.
